Terms of Use

By using the Personave website or services, you agree to comply with these Terms:

1. Use of Services

Personave provides subscription-based services for drafting messages and obtaining role-based perspective outputs, and for processing and storing related content. Access is granted only to users with a valid account. You must not misuse the platform or attempt unauthorised access to any part of the system.

1a. Account Usage

Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing login credentials, simultaneous access by multiple users, or using a single account for team or organisational access is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in suspension or termination of service without refund. Drafting and perspective features are licensed per user seat; sharing outputs is permitted, sharing seats is not.

1b. Teams & Seats

Pro Teams provides seat-based access with centralised billing. Seats are sold in bundles of 3 (minimum 3, maximum 21) and we round up to the nearest complete bundle. Each seat maps to one individual account; sharing credentials or reusing a single account for multiple people is prohibited. Team admins can invite or remove members; outputs may be shared, seats may not.

2. Intellectual Property & Output Ownership

All platform materials — including the Persona Library, frameworks, tools, software and documentation — are the intellectual property of Personave. You own your inputs and generated outputs (including draft messages, perspective insights and reports). Personave grants you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, edit and share generated outputs for business purposes. You may not copy, resell or repackage the Persona Library, frameworks or the service itself as your own product.

2a. Language Outputs

Personave supports output in multiple languages. If you generate content in a language that is not your native language, you are solely responsible for verifying its accuracy before sharing or relying on it. While we aim for high quality, the precision and style of outputs may vary by language, and Personave does not guarantee native-level accuracy across all supported languages.

3. User Data & Privacy

By creating an account or using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal and usage data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data deletion: You can delete submissions in-product; otherwise, you may request deletion via support. We use trusted providers under strict terms and your submissions are never used to train AI models.

4. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe subscription. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and cancelling in line with your plan. For Pro Teams, increasing seat bundles takes effect immediately and is prorated for the remainder of the billing period; reducing seat bundles takes effect at the next renewal. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Personave is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of data, loss of business, or reputational harm arising from use of the service. This includes reliance on third-party providers, provided we have acted within the scope of our contractual obligations with those providers.

5a. No Professional Advice

Perspective outputs are simulated viewpoints for review and rehearsal. They are not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.

6. External Services

We may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Use these services at your own risk.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, suspected abuse, or security risks. You remain responsible for any outstanding charges.

8. Updates

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
