  • No training on your data: Content submitted through Personave is not used by OpenAI or any other AI provider to train their models.
  • Technical safeguards: Providers apply encryption, access controls, and continuous monitoring to protect your data.
  • Defined roles: Personave remains the data controller. Providers only process data for the purpose of delivering our service, under our explicit instruction.
  • Data minimisation: We share only the minimum data necessary for AI functionality, avoiding identifiable personal information unless essential for service delivery.

This clear chain of accountability makes Personave safe for professional use, including sensitive submissions such as bids, proposals and client-facing documents.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent where applicable. Contact us to exercise your rights. Refine and Pro users also have the ability to delete their data directly through the platform.
