Personave (“we”, “us”, “our”) takes a strict approach to privacy. We comply with applicable data protection laws and only partner with providers who meet defined security and compliance standards. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data — and how our providers are contractually bound to handle it securely, without using it to train AI models.

1. What We Collect

We collect account data (such as your name, email and billing details), usage data (such as IP address, device, browser type, and interaction logs), and content you create or submit through our platform.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to deliver and improve our services, personalise your experience, respond to requests, manage your account, and comply with legal obligations. Your data is not used to train AI models.

3. Data Sharing

We only share data with essential service providers (such as payment and infrastructure partners) and regulators if legally required. We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes.

5. Security

6. AI Use & Provider Accountability

Personave uses trusted AI providers to deliver certain features. These providers act only as processors under our instruction and are contractually bound to strict privacy and security requirements.

  • No training on your data: Content submitted through Personave is not used by AI providers to train their models.
  • Technical safeguards: Providers apply encryption, access controls, and continuous monitoring to protect your data.
  • Defined roles: Personave remains the data controller. Providers only process data for the purpose of delivering our service, under our explicit instruction.
  • Data minimisation: We share only the minimum data necessary for AI functionality, avoiding identifiable personal information unless essential for service delivery.

This clear chain of accountability makes Personave safe for professional use, including sensitive submissions such as bids, proposals and client-facing documents.

Outputs may be generated in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Polish. Privacy protections apply equally across all languages. However, output quality can vary by language, and users remain responsible for reviewing the accuracy of generated content, especially if not in their native language.

6a. Team Accounts & Privacy

Pro Teams uses centralised billing but does not grant admins access to members' drafts, submissions, or history by default. Admins can see billing details and seat status only. Each member's content remains private unless they choose to share or delete it. Removing a member or reducing seats does not automatically delete that member's content; deletion controls remain with the user or can be requested via support. Team subscriptions are processed securely via Stripe.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent where applicable. Contact us to exercise your rights. All users also have the ability to delete their data directly through the platform.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of any changes. The latest version will always be available on this page.
