Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll unlock new features right away and pay a prorated amount for the rest of the billing period.

Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period. You'll keep full access until then, and the lower-tier pricing will begin in the next period.

You can cancel anytime from the Manage Subscriptions page. There are no cancellation fees. Your plan stays active until the end of your billing period, monthly or annual and will not auto-renew if cancelled in advance.

Only if you choose them. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with no fees. Annual plans offer a discounted rate but are billed upfront for the full year. You'll retain access for the full billing period and won't be charged again unless you restart.

All users get standard support via the contact form. Refine and Pro users receive priority response times, with support covering billing, usage and persona-related queries.

Your submissions stay private. They're not used to train AI models, not shared with third parties and always remain under your control.

We store content securely for up to 12 months, even if it becomes hidden. Deletion is available on Refine and Pro plans.

No attribution required. You’re free to use draft messages, perspective insights, and reports in your content, presentations, and strategy documents.

You own your inputs and outputs. Personave retains IP in the Persona Library, frameworks, and platform. You have a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, edit, and share generated text and reports for business purposes (including with clients). You may not resell or repackage our persona frameworks as your own product.

Each persona maintains consistent core traits and viewpoints to ensure reliable feedback. Their outputs may evolve to become more realistic and insightful. The library also grows with new additions, and underused personas may be retired.
